ST公司的L99ASC03是多功能无刷/无传感器的三相汽车马达控制器,满足AEC-Q100规范,5V低压降稳压器(200mA连续模式),待机模式的功耗非常低(典型15uA),SPI接口用来控制和诊断,具有视窗看门狗和自动防故障功能,两级电荷泵支持100%占空比,PWM工作高达80kHz,SPI配置电流检测放大器,主要用在机电一体化三相马达应用如引擎冷却风扇,燃油泵,水泵和油泵.本文介绍了L99ASC03主要特性,框图以及评估板EVAL-L99ASC03主要特性,电路图和PCB设计图.
The L99ASC03G is a multifunctional system ICdesigned for three-phase motor controlapplications.
The device features a voltage regulator to supplyan external microcontroller and an operationamplifier for motor current sensing. It is designedto control six external N-channel MOSFETs inbridge configuration to drive three-phase motorsin automotive applications. All gate driver outputsare controlled by separate inputs.
The integrated Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)makes it possible to adjust device parameters,control all operating modes and read outdiagnostic information.

评估板EVAL-L99ASC03
The EVAL-L99ASC03 is an evaluation board designed for sensorless 3Phase BLDC motor control. It’s composed by a mother-board and a daughter-board on which is pre-assembled the L99ASC03. The system features an enhanced power management power supply functionalities including various standby modes.
The motherboard, based on STM8 microcontroller, provides the logic section for monitoring and driving the L99ASC03 assembled in the daughterboard.
With the aim to make the board usage and settings simpler, ST provides a dedicated user-friendly software with a Graphic User Interface (GUI). This enables the user to set L99ASC03 parameters and at the same time it shows real time device information as the current evolution, motor speed (RPM), the fault flags, the board temperature and much more.
